ABSTRACT

When you rely on your own skills and judgement to create an individual photographic ‘look’, you are clearly a strong-minded person. Working with others in a team can be a difficult skill for a photographer to learn. A group will discuss problems and form decisions based on dialogue. Larger groups may have formal meetings and break into smaller subgroups to solve specific problems, the outcomes of which are reported back to the main group. In a group discussion, statements will be made by individual group members, which will be received by the group itself; individuals in the group will agree, disagree or debate the point.
