ABSTRACT
Bemoaning her separation from Krishna, Rādhā upbraids the god of love for arousing in her such keen desires. ‘You’ is a female kokila bird, happily mated. The flowers, bees and moonlight are ‘enemies’ since, instead of enhancing Rādhā’s joy, they kindle passion without assuaging it.
