ABSTRACT
Regardless of a lawyer's preferred anatomical area of legal practice, cases will pop up involving the genitalia. He also had a ruptured bladder wall, colon laceration, scrotum laceration continuous with inner thigh laceration, complete exposure of left quadriceps, an exposure of right anterior tibialis muscle, and a lateral left foot laceration. Mark was rushed to the emergency department and straight into the operating room. Mark died on the operating table. During the deposition of the Emergency Department surgeon, the doctor was asked to comment on the trauma, the severity of the crush, forces required, and time elapsed on the floor. Often lawyers cannot avoid discussing the genitalia with their jury. Sometimes the absence of genitalia in the illustrations is equally problematic.
