ABSTRACT

Educators are steady role models young people can look towards for balanced wisdom, compassion and leadership. If the reader don't declutter their daily thoughts and calm the reader mind, the reader wellbeing battery consumes fast. Each day the reader haven't recharged this way makes it harder the next day to keep a clear mind amongst the ups and downs of school life. Practicing optimism and consciously choosing to have a hopeful outlook for the day ahead can recharge and energise the reader with what the reader need to not only survive their day but enjoy it. Taking the time to build an abundant mindset by acknowledging the good in the reader work and recognising how far they have come as an Educator will help reader recharge from the reader day without looming sense of not having done enough. While there is a whole chapter about resting and recovery, it's important to recognise that rest is crucial for recharging reader batteries.
