ABSTRACT

This chapter offers a healthy suite of wellbeing strategies to complement previous chapters. Before looking ahead to lay the last, interconnecting parts of the reader wellbeing foundation, it's time to think about what their learned about the reader wellbeing, Educator wellbeing and Education during the Global Pandemic. Viewing challenges as learning or coaching opportunities frees the reader from a state of resistance, where their using all the reader energy to wish the challenge away or reflect back on when things were 'better.' Next time the readers are in the sting of a setback, remember it may carry a lesson, tuition and coaching that can help their make a strong comeback and come out better than the reader went in. People who are aware of and use their strengths are likely to feel more energised and well than people who focus on their challenges and weaknesses.
