ABSTRACT
This chapter presents common law rules on nuisance, including the distinction between private nuisance and public nuisance, the reasonable man doctrine, and the reasonable use doctrine. This chapter includes the following five cases: Shamhart v. Morrison Cafeteria Co., Fontainebleau Hotel Corp. v. Forty-Five Twenty-Five, Inc., Page v. Niagara Chem. Div. of Food Mach. & Chem. Corp., Beckman v. Marshall, and Lee v. Florida Pub. Util. Co.
