ABSTRACT
This chapter presents Florida state court decisions applying and interpreting comprehensive plans to exemplify judicial treatment of these plans. This chapter includes the following two cases: Martin Cnty. v. Yusem and 1000 Friends of Florida, Inc. v. Palm Beach Cnty.
