ABSTRACT
While Florida law presents a detailed framework for local government land use regulation, local governments have tremendous leeway to plan and regulate land use within that framework. This chapter surveys some unique approaches to regulation that Florida local governments employ to emphasize the variation between local governments and from the state template.
