ABSTRACT
This chapter continues the study of vulnerabilities in HR graphic novels, focusing not on corporeal-ontological vulnerability but on processes and situations such as hunger and acute poverty, humiliation and debasement. The chapter studies symbolic humiliation that render the victim without any dignity, agency and, therefore, rights.
