ABSTRACT

In this chapter, the author discusses what steps the people need to consider when developing an action plan to implement their chosen solution concerning their nominated problem. Then the author discusses matters to do with the implementation itself. An action plan is a broad plan which outlines what action the people are going to take the objective of which is the achievement of their problem-related goal. When the people come to implementing their action plan, it is important that they learn from their experiences in facing problematic situations while utilizing their chosen solution. Another important part of developing an action plan is establishing signposts for improvement. An action plan is like a roadmap which offers the people an overarching view of what the people need to do to address their nominated plan and work towards their problem-related goal.
