ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses the conditions of Indians in Ceylon and Indo-Ceylonese relations, which were based on the collective struggle against colonialism. This chapter provides insights into the relations between the DEHL and Ceylon by looking at reports and diaries of Subimal Dutt and K.P.S. Menon along with reports and archives.
