ABSTRACT
Delhi-based yet peripatetic artists group Raqs Media Collective have ruminated on the museum, travel and astrology in much of their recent practice. They are known for their poetic, if often cryptic poetry and installations, making them possibly the most cerebral and mystical artist group working in India in the present day: Singing an elegy to the fluttering heart bird.
