ABSTRACT
Small Middle School is located in Western Maryland. The school is located in area made up of farmland and suburban cul de sacs. The latest census data puts the racial makeup of the school at 59% White, 19.6% Black or African American, 6% Asian American, and 15.4% Hispanic or Latino of any race. Small encourages students and families to participate in curricular activities inside and outside the classroom such as National History Day, Mock Trial, County Association of Student Councils, State Page selection, Model U.N., and Law Day.
