ABSTRACT
This chapter addresses the meso and the organizational level. It maps the civil society organizations active in the field of unemployment and precarity in the four cities (what kind of organizations exist, what are their relationship to one another, and how they vary across cities). Here we follow a resource-based approach, aiming to show what kind of resources are provided by the specific organizational networks in each city. The distinction between service- and policy-oriented organizations will inform the analysis.
