ABSTRACT
This chapter wraps up the arguments and analyses presented in the book, with a specific focus on answering our main research questions. It summarizes the main findings concerning the impact of unemployment on the personal, social, and political lives of those who are hit by it, points to some limitations of our study, and opens up some avenues for further research in this field.
