ABSTRACT
The only way to succeed in prosecuting an intimate violence case is to select a good jury. To choose a good jury, prosecutors must deal with the myths and stereotypes about intimate violence victims and offenders in voir dire. Similarly, the prosecutor must introduce the difficult facts in the case. Most importantly, the prosecutor must utilize jury selection to introduce an offender-focused theme to the jury.
