ABSTRACT

In this chapter, the author talk the people through both the physical and emotional changes that take place to both girls and boys during puberty. It will be a bit different, as the author explain everything the way he do if he was delivering a session in class, as the author think this will be the most useful for the people. Puberty is the process where a child’s body begins changing into that of an adult’s. Puberty is triggered in the brain, in a special part called the hypothalamus. One of the side effects of testosterone, which is made in the testes, is that it encourages facial hair growth. Whilst growing facial hair is most often associated with boys, many girls will also experience some facial hair growth. Vaginal discharge serves the essential purpose of keeping the vagina clean and healthily regulated, sustaining a naturally acidic environment.
