ABSTRACT
Following our previous discussions of the various forms of crimes of the powerful, this chapter is devoted to discussing their victims. As with other chapters, we revisit examples of crimes in earlier chapters to illustrate types of victims and processes of victimization. We then provide current cases of victimization by the powerful, emphasizing how thousands upon thousands of people are and will continue to be victimized by states, corporations, and international financial institutions each day.
