ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses how leaders can understand their influence. Many leaders have the skills that it takes to make a difference within their school, but they do not fully understand their influence. Leadership is more than having a name plate that says who you are and what you do. Instead, leadership begins with a person who understands their influence in every interaction they have, every decision they make, and with every step they take throughout their building.
