ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses how school leaders must lead in the present moment, while continually planning for and visualizing the future. Leaders who help their staff and students succeed do more than create well-written School Improvement Plans; they create a day-to-day vision and reality that is doable, believable, and achievable with those that they serve.
