During the rapid transformation of life in the village, rural society has suffered fragmentation, atomization, and the breakdown of the community-all phenomena antithetical to the goal of building a beautiful countryside. Various parties need to work together to build a mechanism for the reconstruction of rurality. Rurality reconstruction in Nancun is the obligation of any individual or government department. Rurality reconstruction in Nancun needs the participation of social organizations, like an elder's association.
