ABSTRACT
In Chapter 9, readers will gain insights into ways that their past experiences with abuse may be impacting their current career, financial, and/or educational goals and experiences. The chapter begins with a discussion of financial abuse, including how it can manifest as employment and/or educational abuse. However, the majority of this chapter helps survivors redefine and reclaim their future to build a strong financial foundation and develop and pursue meaningful, rewarding educational and career goals.
