How Important is Character in Explaining Behavior?

One type of moral luck is luck having to do with the circumstances or situations we find ourselves in. Proponents of situationism, as we’ll see in this chapter, take this type of luck so seriously that they question whether our character makes much of a difference at all to the way we act.
