ABSTRACT
Management is needed to ensure that the day of the event is a success. When planning tourism events visitor concerns on security, sustainability, cultural respect and health issues must be considered. Ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable event without disruption is the goal of security. Before the day of the event, the security company or event organizers should contact local police and ambulance services to let them know of the event they will be working. An event that addresses the issue of sustainability will try to increase the enjoyment of the event for visitors while minimizing the use of resources. Most visitors have a sincere interest in learning about other cultures. This interest can be one of the primary motives for attending an event. Traveling to improve health and wellbeing has always existed. It has become more popular with a double-digit percentage growth each year.
