ABSTRACT
This chapter presents oral history technology experts, with experience in several countries, offering advice for family historians to consider early in their family history projects. They discuss backup systems, audio/video/zoom options and tradeoffs, technical standards allowing for long-term preservation, training for oral history interviewing, and one family historian's words about technology to take on the road.
