ABSTRACT
This chapter draws on the theoretical material introduced in Parts 1 and 2 and sets them firmly within the context of coaching supervision. It gives an overview of all the different areas which an existential supervisor will look for in the work of the supervisee. These are made up of the existential elements and dimensions plus the ethical issues which the supervisor must also consider.
