ABSTRACT
This chapter takes each phase of the coaching contract – first meeting, contracting, coaching sessions, through to the ending of the coaching relationship and considers the existential themes in each.
In the section focused on the coaching sessions it offers a number of practical ways in which the coaching supervisor may enable the supervisee to consider their work from an existential perspective.
