ABSTRACT
The conclusion provides direct answers to specific research questions that aim to eliminate identified pitfalls and address shortfalls in the literature. This is achieved by addressing the factors that facilitate, erode, build, and maintain trust between authorities and Muslim communities in the context of counter-terrorism community engagement. This will include unique contributions to the literature and an array of recommendations to improve community engagement outcomes in the current climate.
