ABSTRACT
The final chapter concludes the book, bringing together the various themes and topics presented in the preceding chapters. Relying on the experiences of other—similar—countries and drawing insights from transitional justice and criminology, this chapter is also forward looking by examining various possibilities as to what could be done to address the continued dilemma of land grabbing in Afghanistan. The concluding pages offer some recommendations for future research.
