ABSTRACT

Strong organizational systems and consistent organizational habits are fundamental to achieving the academic leader’s vision. This is the last of three skills training chapters and it provides explanations and approaches to a number of organizational challenges including strategic planning, team optimization, time management, and effective approaches to managing groups.
