ABSTRACT

As discussed above, the REB therapist encourages the client to make a ‘profound philosophic change’ preferably across the board, but if this is not feasible, then in as many areas as possible and certainly on the problems for which they have been seeking help. The essence of such change is attitude. But what does the REB therapist do when a client is not able or does not wish to change their attitudes from rigid and extreme to flexible and non-extreme?
