ABSTRACT
For many people and organizations, there is going to be limited time prior to deployment, limited monies, or limited personnel when traveling to high risk areas. This chapter cover ways for the people to still be safe and secure in their operating environment when this happens. The surveys and checklists provided in this book can still be used by the people when traveling alone or with no security detail. The vehicle search will require the people going over the outside of the vehicle to check for certain things that are used to help visually track a vehicle during movement. Speaking of the GPS, with today’s reliance on smartphones, people have a tendency to forget that many of the social media platforms and applications track their location that they can check in, or find a friend, or find someone close to the people, etc.
