This chapter is about making and answering telephone calls and participating in telephone and video conference calls with clients and other legal professionals. The first part introduces the topic. The second part includes useful expressions for making and answering telephone calls and recording and leaving voicemail messages. The third part looks at how you can prepare for a telephone call with a client and how you can ask for clarification during a call. The part focuses on a conference call about an intellectual property dispute.
