ABSTRACT
So far, we have considered the formation of the agreement, its content and any vitiating factors that may affect that agreement. However, contractual agreements do not last forever, and therefore we will also need to consider the point at which a contract is brought to an end. This chapter is the first of two that will consider the different ways in which a contract is discharged.
