ABSTRACT
This chapter deals with the main issues of the content of a contractual agreement. So far in this book, we have concerned ourselves with the formation of the agreement and the issues that might affect its initial validity. However, the content of the agreement is equally important, as this will define the contractual relationship between the parties and affect the way in which disputes will be resolved between them.
