ABSTRACT
This chapter reviews the model in full and reemphasizes the essential nature of learning and a knowledge-based strategy as a potential soultion for creating more agile and adaptable schools. This chapter also argues that as the complexity of our society and uncertainty continue to increase developing the learning capacity of schools will become more critical.
