ABSTRACT
In this closing chapter, the overall findings of the Virtuous Practice in Nursing study reported in this book are set out. Drawing from these, and from the trends in existing literature considered in this book, a number of key recommendations are set out. The chapter concludes by setting out some areas regarding virtuous nursing practice that, we contend, are in need of further research.
