ABSTRACT
By way of conclusion, this chapter reflects on the future of Cambodia given the July 2018 elections. We return to each protagonist in the book, with special attention on Pheakdei who was forced from office. What we learn is that there is no end to the privatization of education in the foreseeable future. Cambodians must continue to endure the free market of education without government support.
