ABSTRACT

Biofiction has a powerful and positive effect on students. Over the years, I have done many interviews with famous biographical novelists, and to involve students in high-level research, I taught students how to interview biofiction authors. Then, I brought to campus David Ebershoff, the author of The Danish Girl. This chapter contains my reflections about the experience, a transcript of my students’ interview, and an essay by the students. The goal is to give professors a template for the kind of activity they could do to involve their students in biofiction research.
