ABSTRACT

To conceive the education financial policy on migrant students in a global perspective, this chapter systematically reviews related policies in The United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and the European Union on how to cope with migrant/immigrant students and address inequality. The full summary of foreign innovative educational choice methods in the field of financial policies, such as open enrollment, education vouchers, charter schools, contract schools, and etc. will illuminate us on how to come up with solutions in solving migrant students’ compulsory educational finance in China and guide our practices.
