ABSTRACT

The origin of pandemic treatment, control, and cure in the framework of science-economy-society model of moral inclusiveness rests in a new educational philosophy. It views the future world-system of pandemic control in the framework of equality and thereby social justice and wellbeing via education. The future of pandemic control in such a framework of the new epistemic world-system is a topic of substantive debate. The imminent model of the fresh epistemic worldview of educational good defeats the traditional idea of human capital theory and human resource development for socio-economic development. The elitist, capitalist, and neoclassical conception of the educational capital is replaced thoroughly by the wellbeing concept of the common good, capability, and empowerment. The pandemic future is arrested by such an equalizing worldview of the wellbeing objective criterion.
