ABSTRACT

This chapter summarises and at the same time broadens the content of this book. I discuss the sexual distress, lack of fulfilment and separation in the world today; the relationship between this and fear and control; and the solution that Sexual Grounding Therapy (SGT) offers, not only as far as sex and relationships are concerned but also as far as the wider implications of this work are concerned. This involves ameliorating the separation from ourselves, our bodies, each other and the planet. The concern for identity is also discussed, together with the contradiction between identity and relationship.
