ABSTRACT
The state licensing board told Larry they might accept his course, Vocational Center Counseling, based on the catalog description. Since Larry had completed the course in 1971, and since the school could not find the catalog, Larry was fortunate that he had saved an original copy at home. Despite the fact that the paper was turning a funny shade of yellow, the licensing bureau decided that this old course met the requirements for licensing.
