ABSTRACT

Team-building will not only get students up and moving, but it will also prepare them for the job market. Most human resource directors acknowledge they look to hire people who are willing to work on a team and who can provide evidence of successful teamworking opportunities they have experienced. In fact, teamwork has become such an integral part of the business world that Fortune 500 companies will frequently visit collegiate sports teams to see the infrastructure of how a successful team works. Many teachers do group activities, but developing activities where students work as a team is different than just placing students in a group.
