ABSTRACT
At the foot of Mount Tai there was a sunken cavern. Its mouth was about the size of a chariot-wheel. No one knew its depth. . . . Some distance away from the cavern there was a mountan villa. It was the Sun Tai-gong Villa. Tai-gong had two sons: the elder one a farmer; the younger one a student, who would be “Sun, the Teacher.”
