ABSTRACT
Starting from the question of bisexuality and its place and role inside psychoanalytic theory, the problem of gender identity is addressed along with the consequences of the modification of the sexuality and of the myth of Oedipus. The subject of gender identity is considered in its developments inside the psychoanalytic thought.
