ABSTRACT
There are different remedies in the Western legal system for breach of a contract. The question may arise: Are there remedies for breach of contract available under the Islamic law of contract? This is the smallest chapter, consisting of remedies for breach of a contract in which rescission, damages, specific performance, injunctions and restitutionary remedies have been discussed.
