ABSTRACT
Some objections/problems are being raised by some authors and discussed in their academic literature on Islamic contract law. This chapter attempts to provide an overview of those generally misunderstood concepts of Islamic law of contract such as general theory, nominate contract, freedom of contract and juristic person.
