ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on welcoming and inspiring students. Sarahí outlines strategies educators can incorporate to create a welcoming environment for their students within their classrooms. She explores collaborating with colleges/universities and community members to inspire students. Additionally, she discusses how to use clubs as a tool to empower students and helping them develop leadership skills.
