ABSTRACT

In Part 2 Peter Taylor (aka The Lazy Project Manager) extends the conversation started by Bentzy Goldman to consider how we can apply these principles of team performance to projects and the real need for this approach in the project world. To also explore the reality that projects are still about people first and foremost, and that team performance in the project world has a completely different dynamic than other teams. Before exploring how this can be improved, significantly improved, through a focus on team behaviour, sentiment, and dynamics.
